By using Simply Notes, you agree to these terms.

Your account

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for the content you create or upload. You must be able to legally enter into this agreement to use the service.

Your content

You own everything you write. We claim no rights over your notes beyond what's needed to store and display them back to you, and to whoever you explicitly choose to share them with.

Subscriptions

Yearly plans renew automatically until canceled. Lifetime plans are a one-time purchase with no recurring charges. Canceling a subscription or deleting your account permanently removes your notes — this cannot be undone.

Acceptable use

Don't use Simply Notes to store or share unlawful content, attempt to breach the security of the service, or abuse the sharing features to distribute spam or malicious content.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
