Simply Notes ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect, why, and how you're in control.

What we collect

• Account info: email address, and optionally a display name, username, avatar, and country you choose to add.
• Your notes: the content you write, including any files you attach. This is private by default and never used to train any model.
• Billing info: if you subscribe, payment is handled entirely by Stripe — we never see or store your card details.

How we use it

Solely to operate the service: authenticating you, syncing your notes, processing payments, and responding if you contact support. We do not sell your data or share it with advertisers.

Sharing notes

If you choose to share a note publicly, as a hidden link, or password-protected, only the content and access mode you select is exposed — never your email address.

Your rights

You can export or delete your notes at any time from within the app, and permanently delete your account and all associated data from your profile settings.
